FAQ

What if I cannot find any challenges that interest me?
Please be patient as new challenges are set on a regular basis. Join up and you will be informed when they are launched.

Why are there not enough challenges?
The number of challenges at the moment is in keeping with the innovative capacity of the community. The more this innovator community grows, the greater the chance will be of seeing the number of challenges increase. So the more you talk about CrowdSpirit to those around you, the greater your choice will be in terms of challenges.

I have an idea I want to develop. Can I submit a challenge in the same way that a company can?
Unfortunately, the CrowdSpririt platform does not yet offer private individuals the possibility of submitting a challenge. As soon as the community is large enough, CrowdSpirit will look into offering this service.

I have a great idea that corresponds to the business sector of a company proposing a challenge on the platform but I refuse to submit it under the Terms and Conditions of the CrowdSpirit site. What can I do?
In this case, we suggest that you contact the company directly to discuss your idea off-platform by whatever means you choose. We understand your position and invite you to read the position of CrowdSpirit on this subject (cf. preconceived ideas here).

What if I refuse to accept your Terms & Conditions of use of the platform?
Once again, we invite you to read the position of CrowdSpirit on this subject (cf. preconceived ideashere)

Don’t you feel that some of the challenge prizes on offer are insufficient?
Again, please read the preconceived ideas on this subject. In any case, remember that the basic principle of CrowdSpirit is built on the mutual trust of site users. If you have put forward a great idea and consider that the reward proposed by the company is insufficient, you are cordially invited to contact the company who will be delighted to discuss this with you. Furthermore, please bear in mind that some of the businesses are start-ups without a lot of funds.

What is the common denominator between all these challenges?
All of the challenges relate to a product or a service aimed at the general public.

Can a company decide not to follow up a challenge?
Yes, the company is the sole judge regarding the relevance of taking a challenge on to the next step of developing the product or service.
Can I suggest a company that may be interested in submitting a challenge?
You’re welcome to do so. Please contact Lionel (lionel@crowdspirit.com).
